Properties Artisan

I am so thankful that I have found my passion in prop making, and I am truly at my happiest when I'm creating something that I get to later see on stage.

I have worked on a number shows for the Clarence Brown Theatre at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Some of these shows include: Alabama Story, The Dream of The Burning Boy, and Urinetown.

I have also had the privilege to work on shows at Riverside Theatre, Inc. which include: Thoroughly Modern Millie, The 39 Steps, and La Cage Aux Follies.

There is something insanely fulfilling about Prop Mastering and being a Prop Artisan that makes you stop when you see the finished production and it takes a moment to realise that ‘I did that’.

I really enjoy making props that are not normal, and I find more joy in developing props that are strange, fantastical, and even whimsical.

I also enjoy painting, researching for shows, and sewing. I look forward to what the future holds!
